PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a continued public hearing of the Planning Board of the Village of Washingtonville will be held on Tuesday, April 11, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. at Village Hall, 9 Fairlawn Drive, Washingtonville, New York 10992 to consider the following application:

Proposed Use: Enlarge an existing 1.55 acre residential lot (SBL: 118-1-4) to be a total of 3.43 acres and reducing SBL 118-1-3 from 1.7 acres to 1.04 acres and SBL 121-2-1.1 from 88.6 acres to 88.4 acres.
